I bought something on another device. How do I get it back?

Open the Shop or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Remove Ads, Factory Manager, Extra Rack and the Golden Apron all come back. Coins and gems can't be restored once they've been used.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is my progress backed up?

Your factory is saved on your device. Deleting the game deletes your progress.

How do I look around the factory?

Tap + and − to zoom, or pinch. Drag with two fingers to look around. Walking brings the view back to the chef.

Do I have to watch ads?

Videos are always your choice. A full-screen ad may appear after a chapter or a showdown, and Remove Ads turns those off.
