The game
The game is for entertainment. Coins, gems and other in-game items have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Purchases
In-app purchases are charged to your Apple account and follow Apple's terms. Coins and gems are used up in play. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Characters
Rivals, Regulars and festival standings are made-up characters, not real people or companies.
Changes
We may change the game from time to time, including prices, rewards and features. We may update these terms, and this page will show the date.
